The UAE solar atlas was developed by the Research Center for Renewable Energy Mapping and Assessment (ReCREMA) at Masdar Institute in Abu Dhabi. The UAE solar atlas utilizes satellite imagery through a robust ANN model to map the solar potential across the country.
