Cuba map - solar and wind data

By default the map features the SUNY 10km DNI map from UNEP SWERA. GHI information is also available from the same source. Wind data come from the MERRA dataset - both the original and the interpolated version from Sander and Partners. The user can access more layers through the Data Browser and create its own maps.
